How to Order Your Piece
Every piece I create is made specifically for you, with your unique measurements and details. Here's how the ordering process works:
Place Your Order:
Choose your design and place your order directly through my site. Since every piece is made just for you, I don’t use standard sizes. During checkout, please use the 'Order Special Instructions' box to input your measurements. You can complete your purchase without entering your measurements, but I will not begin crafting your piece until I have received them.
Confirmation:
Once I receive your order, I’ll confirm it shortly. If I haven’t received your sizing information yet, I’ll reach out to you—don’t worry, I’ll be persistent! This careful attention to detail ensures that each piece is made to your exact specifications. I’ll make sure we get everything right before I begin crafting your order.
Crafting Your Piece:
The details you provide—your size, your name, and where the piece is shipping to—guide me as I work. I carry these elements with me as I create, helping me get a sense of the person who will wear the gear. This is what makes each piece unique and personal.
Completion and Shipping:
Once your piece is complete, I’ll update your order with the shipping information and send you a notification email to let you know it's on its way. Your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.
