Freddie designs, cuts and finishes all of his products in his New York City workshop. He hand selects the highest quality North American leather from reputable tanneries and uses the most tasteful and durable hardware available.  Using a combination of self taught  and traditional techniques, Freddie approaches his leather work with balance, brawn and an open heart. His  design aesthetic  exemplifies  the soul of the American craftsman with the heart of  Rock n Roll .

Since 2001, Freddie Matara has been hand crafting high quality leather products in New York City. Each piece is created uniquely according to the design and required size. His personal catalog includes Wrist cuffs, Bracelets, Belts, Guitar straps and various accessories. Custom work is accommodated via the web or by private appointment in his Williamsburg, Brooklyn workshop. To date he has hand produced close to 10,000 individual pieces delivered to every inhabitable continent on the globe!
